Attending the Momos Making Class at Kathmandu Cooking Academy was an absolute delight! The instructors were knowledgeable and patient, making sure each of us mastered the art of momo folding. The market tour added such a rich layer to the experience, immersing us in the local culture and ingredients. I can't wait to impress my friends back home with my new momo-making skills!
